Lead Bookkeeper and Client Manager
Financial Clarity Co seeks a Lead Bookkeeper and Client Manager to join our growing multi-national team. This role will interface directly with our clients and our client service teams to ensure that our clients books are kept up to date and that we're delivering valuable reporting and insights that help them grow their business. Founded by two entrepreneurs - one in the US and one in India - Financial Clarity services clients throughout the US and Canada in a variety of industries.
This role is new to the organization and will work directly with both our US and our India teams to service our clients. The ideal team member would have a strong accounting background, experience working with small and mid-sized businesses, and have previous experience with Quickbooks (Online and Desktop) and Xero. This is a leadership role and this person will manage, mentor, and train team members as the business continues to grow.
We are a flexible team with flexible hours and are looking for a strong cultural fit for the team and the company. This role will be 100% remote and this role can be self-managed as to when the work is completed and candidates returning to the workforce or looking to balance this role amongst other obligations are still invited to apply.
