About the Role:

Slingshot is looking for a stellar Digital Marketing Manager to assist in ensuring the value of our products and services reach our customers through execution of our epic campaigns - paid, search, and organic. Within this fast-paced world where technology and home services collide, this new position will be crucial in creating and maximizing our growth. With your efforts, clients will soon talk about Slingshot’s ad presence around their virtual, zoom water coolers.

What You’ll Do (the nitty-gritty details):

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels such as paid, social, search, email, and lead generation activities to generate pipeline for our fast-paced sales team
  • Work cross-functionally to improve website optimizations, landing page development, paid campaigns, inbound and outbound marketing efforts, reporting, and more
  • Find creative ways to reach potential customers and be the secret sauce to our growth
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing workflows
  • Implement testing across digital channels to understand what works and what could be made more efficient
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Carry lead generation targets and report on progress against those targets on a consistent basis


What You’ve Got (skills that would make Napoleon jealous):

  • Roughly 3-5 years of hands-on experience driving demand and scaling growth, ideally in a fast-growing software or technology organization
  • Technically proficient and self-sufficient with all the major digital channels and SEO/SEM tools - Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • “Strategery” doesn’t quite describe what you do but strategic decision making does
  • You wanted to be Marie Kondo’s apprentice but digital advertising was your jam
  • You own experimentation goggles you like to strap on for A/B testing
  • Numbers don’t scare you, they excite you
  • A paper from a school that says you went there, ie., Bachelor’s Degree
